Your medication, when you need it

 

For existing patients seen by me within the past 12 months I am able to arrange repeat prescriptions. This is for medications that I have previously prescribed to you as part of your ongoing treatment plan.

 

There is a £30 charge associated with this, which covers my clinical review to ensure safe and appropriate prescribing, and I will contact you for payment on receipt of your prescription request.

 

Some medications require monitoring or review prior to repeat prescriptions being issued. If this is necessary or I feel that I cannot issue your prescription request, I will contact you to let you know the next steps to ensure we avoid or minimise any gaps in your treatment regime.

Please ensure that you complete all the fields below. Following my clinical review and receipt of payment you will receive your prescription via email. Please note that prescriptions are normally issued by the next business day.
