Your medication, when you need it

 

I am happy to provide a prescription service for existing patients. I am able to arrange prescription for repeats of medications I have previously prescribed to you.

 

There is a £20 charge associated with this, and I will contact you for payment on receipt on your prescription request.

 

Some medications require monitoring or review prior to repeat prescriptions being issued. If this is necessary I will contact you to let you know the next steps to ensure we avoid or minimise any gaps in your treatment regime.

Please ensure that you complete all the fields below, and you will receive your prescription via email. Please note that prescriptions are normally issued by the next business day.
